1. About Us

Leadership Training Ground is operated by Munde Group Kft., a company registered in Hungary (company no. 13-09-219738), with its registered office at Váci út 49, VI. emelet, 1134 Budapest, Hungary.

2. Services

Leadership Training Ground provides experiential leadership communication training through online game-based simulations. Our service includes access to a scheduled game session and post-game reporting with behavioral data analysis.

3. Purchasing a Session

When purchasing a game session through our website, you will be asked to provide a session title (max 128 characters) and a preferred date and time for the session. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Upon successful payment, a unique game link will be generated and sent to you via email.

Each game session supports a maximum of 10 players.

4. Pricing

The current price for a game session is displayed on our website at the time of purchase. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, but any changes will not affect sessions that have already been purchased.

5. Promotional Codes

From time to time, we may issue promotional codes or coupons that provide a discount on, or free access to, a game session. These codes are subject to any specific terms communicated alongside them. Promotional codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details. In summary:

  • You may cancel or reschedule for free up to 24 hours before your scheduled session.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session, or no-shows, are not eligible for a refund.
  • If you played the session and found it unsatisfactory, you may request a full refund within 7 days after the session.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Munde Group Kft. or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Munde Group Kft. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant session.

9. Availability

We strive to ensure our platform is available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. In the event a session cannot take place due to a technical issue on our end, we will offer a full refund or reschedule at no additional cost.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hungary. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Budapest, Hungary.
