Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Before the Session

You may cancel or reschedule your game session free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. To cancel or reschedule, email us at contact@superglue.games with your session details.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session start time are not eligible for a refund.

No-shows (failure to join the session at the scheduled time) are not eligible for a refund.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to have a great experience. If you played the session and found it unsatisfactory, you may request a full refund within 7 days after the session date.

To request a satisfaction-based refund, email us at contact@superglue.games with a brief description of the issue. We will process your refund without hassle.

Technical Issues

If your session could not take place due to a technical issue on our end, we will offer you the choice of a full refund or a rescheduled session at no additional cost.

How Refunds Are Processed

All refunds are processed through Stripe to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Promotional Codes

Sessions obtained using a 100% discount promotional code are not eligible for a monetary refund, as no payment was made. If you experience issues with a promotional session, please contact us and we will work to resolve it.
